ACS will be activating in support of the upcoming snowstorm beginning 1600 local on February 22, 2026, through 2359 local, and resuming 0600 local on February 23 until further notice.
Operational focus will be on the eastern and central areas.
We are collecting snowfall and weather impact reports using the methods outlined below. If there is no snowfall or no significant information to report, please do not submit a report.

• DMR: BrandMeister Network – Talkgroup 31420

HF Voice Nets – HQ / Central Area
Stations may pass reports directly to KB3NIA on the following frequencies:
• 7.2525 MHz LSB – Primary Daytime Frequency
• 3.9935 MHz LSB – Primary Nighttime Frequency
KB3NIA will be on frequency at the top of each hour to solicit and receive reports.
All frequencies are subject to adjustment (+/–) due to other amateur radio activity. We will remain as close to the listed frequencies as possible.
When submitting reports, please include:
• Call Sign
• ZIP Code
• Hourly Snowfall Amount
• Total Snowfall Amount
• Any additional significant information (road conditions, power outages, drifting, icing, or other notable impacts)
Stations are encouraged to assist by collecting local snowfall and weather impact information and relaying reports via Winlink to KB3NIA whenever possible.
