Our responder management platform has undergone an overhaul with a new look and improved user-friendly workflows, this migration to the updated platform will be occurring this Wednesday 11/19. This email and attachments provide important information for accessing your account in the new SERV-PA.
Important to know:
- SERV-PA 6.0 go live date is 11/19/26.
- On 11/19/26, you will receive an account activation email from no-reply@login.juvare.com. *** THIS IS A LEGITIMATE EMAIL. PLEASE DO NOT MARK IT AS SPAM. ***
- Your new login ID will be your primary contact email in your current SERV-PA user profile.
- The website URL will remain the same: SERVPA.
